Everything we make is handmade in our small business, and right now we’re working through a large order backlog. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding while we catch up. 💛

Current estimated processing time: 4–5 weeks.

This is the time it takes for us to make, prepare, pack, and get your order ready to ship. Processing time does not include shipping/transit time.

Because of our current backlog, some orders may take longer than the estimated 4–5 weeks. If your order has been in processing for 60+ days, please know that we are still working as quickly as we can to get your order completed and shipped. We’re a small, handmade business, and every order is being worked on as fast as possible. 🥺💛

Please remember: Choosing expedited or priority shipping does not shorten our current processing time. Your selected shipping time begins after your order has been completed and handed over to the carrier.

We want to be completely transparent with you: we currently have a large backlog of orders.

We’re a small, handmade business, and we’re working through orders as quickly as we can while still taking the time to make and package everything with care.

Our current estimated processing time is 4–5 weeks, but some orders may take longer due to the size of our backlog.

If your order has been waiting for 60+ days, we are incredibly sorry. We know how frustrating it is to wait, and we don’t take your patience for granted. We are actively working through the backlog every day and moving as fast as we can. 💛
